I’m a Life Coach and Jikiden Reiki Therapist with nearly 10 years of Reiki experience. I have a background in identity development, early trauma, attachment trauma, prenatal psychology and psychotraumatology.
I help parents with stress relief, emotional healing and holistic well-being and to become confident, present and intuitive in their parenting.
Trauma means ‘wound’. Early attachment wounds can impact the way how we relate and respond in our closest bonding relationships; with our partner and our child. Early attachment wounds are often unconscious and passed down from generation to generation…until they are processed.
Healing yourself, your childhood wounds, will not only liberate you but also your child and your children’s children from transgenerational burden and allow them to develop their own healthy identity which is the foundation of holistic health and wellbeing.
‘My Journey back to Me’ - 3 month 1 on 1 Intensive program (available in person and online)
In 3 month you will find clarity, direction and guidance into what the cause and the solution is to your emotional struggles and blockages in your life. This is a journey of self discovery, liberation and healing that can transform your life on all levels. You will build a new and healthier connection to yourself and your feelings which directly impacts your relationship to your child(ren) and partner.
8 bi-weekly sessions, 1 - 2 hours length (Life coaching with energy healing)
includes three 30 min. integration support calls
