I’m a Jikiden Reiki Therapist with 10 years of Reiki experience. I specialize in identity development, early attachment trauma, transgenerational healing and family wellbeing.

I support moms who struggle with overhelm, self doubt and loss of self connection. With my cause-oriented approach I guide moms with energy healing and inner parts constellations on their journey to overall wellbeing, self connection and confidence, so they can enjoy their motherhood and create close bonds with their children.

Your own early attachment wounds can impact the way how you relate and respond to yourself and in your closest bonding relationships; your partner and your child. You have the ability to free yourself from old and ancestral burden that hold you back to live your own life as you desire. Join the new era of conscious moms who feel healthy, confident and at peace. Your wellbeing has the biggest impact on the wellbeing of your child.

3 or 6 month 1on1 Intensive Program (in person and online)

ongoing guidance and support, sessions are 2 hours, bi-weekly, integration support between sessions

3 month - 8 sessions à 2 hours, bi-weekly, $1,750 or two installments $875 // 6 month - 16 sessions à 2 hours, bi-weekly, $3,000 or two installments $1,500
